What it costs to host a retreat in Italy
We work with one price per person, turnkey. It covers the venue, the food, the experiences, the transfers and our presence on site. Your studio adds its own margin and sells the retreat at the price it decides. No published rates, because no two groups are the same. Here is what moves the number.
Ask for a quoteOne price per person
Every proposal ends with a single figure: the price per person for the whole retreat. No hidden extras, no surprise invoice from the venue, no vendor to pay on the spot.
Your studio decides the margin to add. Some studios add a fixed amount per person, some a percentage, some include their own teaching fee. The retreat goes out with your name and your price.
What the price includes
The venue
Accommodation for the whole group, the practice space, exclusive use where the format asks for it.
Food and wine
Breakfasts, the meals in the programme, the tastings and the dinners cooked for the group.
The experiences
The wellness sessions, excursions and workshops that belong to the format, plus the ones you add.
Transfers
From Venice Marco Polo or Treviso to the venue and back, and every move during the retreat.
Teachers, if you need them
Teachers who speak English or another language, for yoga, meditation, mat and reformer Pilates and more.
Us, on site
One person with you from the first arrival to the last departure, and all the planning before.
What moves the price
- 01
The format
A one-day event, a Weekend Escape of two or three nights, a Deep Reset Week of five to seven. Longer means more included, and a lower price per night.
- 02
The landscape
The Prosecco hills are the most accessible. Venice costs more, and we say so from the first proposal. The Dolomites depend on the season and on the venue.
- 03
The venue
A family-run wine estate and a five-star spa hotel are both possible. The difference is real, and it is your choice.
- 04
The group size
We work with small groups on purpose, usually up to 15 or 20 people. Private transfers, chefs and experiences are shared by the group, so a few more people lower the price per person.
- 05
The season
Harvest in the hills, mid seasons in Venice, high summer and snow in the Dolomites are the most requested weeks. Quieter months cost less and often feel better.
- 06
The experiences you add
A private boat, a helicopter flight, a chef for every dinner. Each one has a clear cost, and you decide what goes in.
What is not included
Flights to Venice, travel insurance, personal expenses and anything a participant chooses outside the programme. Your own teaching fee, which you set. We tell you exactly where the line is, before you confirm.
The first proposal is free. Write to us with your dates and numbers, and you will have a real figure within days.
Questions about costs
Why do you not publish prices?
Because a retreat for eight people in a baita and one for twenty in a palazzo on the Grand Canal have nothing in common. A number on a page would be wrong for both. A proposal with your real numbers takes a few days and costs nothing.
How does the margin for our studio work?
We give you one price per person. You add what you decide, a fixed amount or a percentage, and you sell the retreat at your price. We never contact your clients with ours.
Is there a minimum number of participants?
Fewer than you think. Some venues work from eight people, some from twelve. Write to us with your numbers and we tell you which venues fit.
When do we pay?
A deposit when you confirm the retreat, the balance before the start. We handle the venue and every vendor, so you pay only us.
What if fewer people sign up than planned?
We build the proposal on a realistic number and we tell you how the price moves if the group changes. You will not discover it on the day.
Ask for a first proposal
Dates, number of participants, type of practice, an indicative budget per person if you have one. We reply with a real figure.
