Who we are

Terra is an independent project based in Italy, curating wellness retreats and journeys. For anything related to your personal data, write to info@terra-retreat.it.

What we collect

Only what you choose to share through the forms on this site: your name, your email address, the company or studio you work with, the trip you are interested in, and the message you write. Nothing more.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and runs no analytics. Fonts and images are served directly by the site, without third-party tracking requests.

Why we collect it

To read your request and reply. To organise your participation in a retreat or a trip. And, only if you tick the box, to send you occasional updates about new journeys.

Your data is never sold, never shared for marketing, and never used for automated profiling.

How your data travels

When you submit a form, your message is delivered to our inbox through a trusted third-party service that processes form submissions on our behalf and stores them securely. The site itself runs on hosting infrastructure that may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security purposes.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer. If you asked to be kept posted on new journeys, we keep your email until you tell us to stop. One line to info@terra-retreat.it is enough.

Your rights

Under European data protection law (GDPR), you can ask at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw any consent you gave. Write to info@terra-retreat.it and we will take care of it.

If you believe your data has been mishandled, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions are always welcome at info@terra-retreat.it.
