Why us

Organising a retreat from abroad takes months.

Most teachers do it on evenings and weekends.

  1. Find a venue that fits the group and the practice
  2. Negotiate contracts and deposits with each supplier
  3. Plan meals, transfers and activities, day by day
  4. Find teachers, guides and a chef who speak your language
  5. Answer every question from the group before departure

Who does what.

You

  • Bring your group
  • Set the tone of the retreat
  • Sell the spots to your community
  • Teach your classes, or ask us to
  • Arrive and enjoy it

Us

  • Handle the logistics, from the venue to the last transfer
  • Build the schedule with you
  • Provide teachers for yoga, Pilates and other disciplines, in Italian, English, Spanish or Portuguese
  • Brief every supplier and guide
  • Run the days on the ground

One of us is with the group for the whole retreat, so you can stay with your people.

Nothing is off the shelf, and here is how it works.

For companies.

A team day or a two night off-site, in the same territories as our retreats. Movement in the morning, a meeting room with a view for the work sessions, a good dinner in the evening. We organise everything, including the room where the team gets things done.

Companies follow the same path as studios. Choose the territory, the format and the activities, and we take care of the rest.

If you can't fill every spot, we can help.

If your group does not fill the retreat, we can open the remaining spots to our travellers. Your retreat gets listed under Open trips, with your studio's name on it.

You decide how many spots to open, and you can close them at any time.

Questions studios ask us.

How many people do we need?

It depends on the tone you want to give the retreat. Usually from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 20 people, also depending on the venue.

Do we have to teach every class?

No. You can teach, or ask us for a teacher. We work with certified teachers who speak Italian, English, Spanish and other languages, for hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga, sound baths, mat and reformer Pilates, pancafit and more.

How does pricing work?

We send one quote per person for the whole retreat. Your studio adds its own margin and sells the spots to its community, under its own name or with ours beside it.

When should we start planning?

At least three months in advance. The best venues in spring and autumn go first.

Which season?

Prosecco hills in spring, summer and autumn. The Dolomites all year round, mainly summer and winter. Venice and the lagoon all year round, mainly autumn and spring.

What is the closest airport?

Venice or Treviso, both under an hour by car from the hills and the lagoon. Verona is about two hours away, Milan about three. Transfers are included.

What if we don't fill it?

We can open the remaining spots to our travellers. Your retreat gets listed under Open trips with your studio's name on it, and you decide how many spots to open.

Tell us about your group.

Dates, number of participants, the kind of practice you have in mind. We reply with a first proposal, and from there we design it together.
